Below is the application form for our events. Even if you aren't ready to join us, but would like to be included on our mailing list, then please still fill the form in.

 

We will try and get back to you within 72 hours of you contacting us and we may ask for further information. Generally 99% of the time we will ask you for a photo. That photo needs to be a normal face & upper body shot, with both people in it if applying as a couple. It does not need to reveal any other body parts other than the face! 

 

Please make sure it is clear and relevent - not five years old and blurred. Please also be aware that we will delete all photos should you request it.

 

We also require to verify all newcomers to PASSION with a female to female phone call prior to being added to our mailing list. DO NOT! contact us if you are not prepared to do this very simple requirement.
